20% of the price less the 1000 Euro reservation fee is due within three weeks from the date of the reservation;
20% is due at finishing of the roofing works;
40% is due at completion - You start using the apartment
20% of the price is due up to one year from the readiness of the building without interest;
The legal services for transferring the deeds are taken by Fort Noks – clients pay no fee for that.
You pay additionally only half (1,5% of the amount of the deeds) of the notary and other state costs for transferring the deeds.
