Pacific III project. It will be built in close proximity to Pacific II in the southwestern part of the Sunny Beach resort, and will be operational in April of 2008 at the latest. The complex will offer 90 luxurious apartments which vary in size from 30 to 120 square metres. It will ensure a quiet area for relaxation and entertainment, a private pool, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, fitness centre, children’s playground, restaurant, café, shops, parking, and more.
